It is with great honor and immense pride that I address you as the President of the Rotary Club of Salem Texcity for the year 2024-2025. As we embark on this new year, we reflect on the noble ideals of Rotary—Service Above Self, and the core mission that unites us all: to bring about positive change in our communities and across the globe.

In the year ahead, our club will continue to build upon the foundation of service that has been laid before us by those who have served in leadership roles and worked tirelessly for the betterment of our community. Together, we will continue to support initiatives in education, health, youth development, and disaster relief, ensuring that our actions today leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

We stand as a collective force, committed to strengthening the fabric of our society through outreach and volunteerism. Our members—each a beacon of selflessness—are at the heart of all we do. It is your passion, commitment, and energy that inspire others and truly define what it means to be a Rotarian.

From 2003-2004, we aim to continue the tradition of fellowship, leadership, and excellence. Whether it’s our regular service projects, fundraising efforts, or engaging with the global Rotary network, every effort we make is a step toward a better world.

Let us remember the profound words of our founder, Paul Harris: “Rotary is not just a club. It is a way of life.” This year, let’s embrace that way of life with enthusiasm and optimism, knowing that together, we have the power to transform lives and uplift those in need.
